DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING

For local express orders, a standard three (3) working days will be taken for your purchase to reach you. For East Malaysia orders, it might take up to five (5) working days.

For International deliveries, depending on your country of delivery, your order may take five (5) to fourteen (14) working days to reach you.

For tracking enquiries, you may contact us at dep.accesskl@gmail.com. Once we have sent out your purchase, please take note that it is the customer's responsibility to track & receive the parcel. 

COURIER FEESLocal town deliveries: RM4
Within Peninsular: RM6
East Malaysia: RM9

International: Courier charges other than Malaysia will differ based on the weight of the package.


International Buyers:
SGD 1 - RM2.00 
USD 1 - RM3.10
AUS 1 - RM2.80
